David Guerra Rodríguez

David Guerra Rodríguez is a Software Engineering Manager at Applus+ IDIADA since February 2012, with a strong focus on team motivation and alignment with values of responsibility, collaboration, and commitment. Prior to this role, David served as a Java Software Architect and a Scrum Master & Technical Leader, aiding teams in developing JEE applications and services. Academic experience includes working as an Adjunct Professor at Universitat Rovira i Virgili, teaching subjects related to programming and data structures, as well as research roles in archaeological software development at both IPHES and the Prehistory Department. David holds multiple engineering degrees and a Master's in Open Source Engineering from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and is currently a PhD candidate in Human-Computer Interaction at Universitat de Lleida.
