Chad Davidson

Chad Davidson is an experienced customer service professional with a background in various roles. Currently serving as Customer Experience Team Lead and previously as Content Research Specialist at ApplyBoard since March 2018, Chad excels in fostering customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Chad worked at Waste Management from May 2015 to March 2018 as a Set Up Specialist, where responsibilities included establishing and maintaining accounts and providing customer support, along with managing data entry and verification tasks. Additionally, Chad gained valuable experience as Continuing Education Support Staff and Intern at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning from October 2013 to December 2014.
