Hiep Vuong

Hiep Vuong has an extensive work history, starting in 1998 as an Engineering Consultant/Internal Manager at Nuvation Labs. From there, they worked as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Interface Masters Inc. In 2000, they became the Director of Hardware Engineering/Director of Manufacturing Operations at SonicWall Inc. In 2002, they moved on to become the Chief Technology Officer at Net Integration Technologies, where they played a role in the acquisition by IBM in 2008. At IBM, they served as the Sr. Program Manager/CTO for the Lotus Foundations business unit, focusing on integration into IBM. From 2011 to 2019, they held various roles at PointClickCare, including VP SaaS Ops and VP Engineering, Services Oriented Platform. Currently, Hiep holds the positions of VP Engineering at ApplyBoard and will soon transition to the role of Chief Information Officer.

Hiep Vuong attended the University of Waterloo from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
