Jenny Pigott

Jenny Pigott is the Chief People Officer at Appnovation. Jenny has over 19 years of experience working in Human Resources. Jenny started their career as an HR Administrator - University Placement at National Savings and Investments. Jenny then became an Assistant HR Advisor at The MICO Group and then a Senior HR Advisor at EC Harris. In 2009, Jenny became the Executive HR Director at R/GA, where they worked for nine years. In 2018, Jenny left R/GA to become the Human Resources Director at Greenlight, where they worked for two years. Jenny then became a Talent Consultant at Black Swan Data, before taking on short projects for a range of clients across multiple sectors. In 2020, Jenny rejoined R/GA as their Chief People Officer.

Jenny Pigott has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies (and HR) from Sheffield Hallam University.
