Jenny Pigott

Jenny Pigott is the current Chief People Officer at Appnovation since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jenny worked as a Human Resources Director at What Jen Does from February 2020 to July 2021. Jenny took maternity leave during this time and took on short projects for various clients. Before this, Jenny worked as a Human Resources Director at Greenlight as a freelancer from April 2018 to January 2020. Jenny also has experience as a Talent Consultant at Black Swan Data, and held various HR titles at R/GA from November 2009 to January 2018, overseeing Europe and Singapore. Jenny began their HR career as a HR Administrator at National Savings and Investments, following their BA in Business Studies (and HR) from Sheffield Hallam University.
