Rudy Marin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Apporto since March 2022, Rudy specializes in onboarding and expanding partners within Cloud and Hybrid environments, alongside providing technical and end-user training. Rudy's previous roles include Cloud Support Engineer at Nerdio, where expertise was applied in assisting MSPs and Enterprise IT professionals with virtual desktop deployment in Microsoft Azure.
