Brett Hall

Brett Hall, MAI, SRA is a principal commercial appraiser with the Hennepin County Assessor's office. Brett manages the County's tax petition process and has extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation. Brett also serves as an education coordinator for the North Star Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is an approved instructor for the Appraisal Institute, teaching various appraisal courses. With a background in residential appraising and firm ownership, Brett is well-versed in appraisal practices and holds multiple degrees in real estate and professional education.
