Natalie Miller

Natalie Miller is the current Regional Director at Apprenti. Prior to their current position, they were the Vice President of Business Development/Relationship Management at Lee Hecht Harrison from May 2004 to December 2022. Natalie has also been the Branch Manager at Hall Kinion from January 2002 to December 2003 where they were responsible for managing the branch P&L.

Some of Natalie's accomplishments include developing processes for operations efficiency, reducing expenses by 68%, and successfully developing a partnership with the technology division to cross-sell brands. Natalie has also increased margins through high performance in sales and recruiting functions.

Natalie Miller has a BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Natalie is certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Natalie Miller reports to Jennifer Carlson, Executive Director, CEO. They work with Nicholas Colbert - Senior Program Coordinator, Jacquelyn Craddock - Regional Director, Greater Delta Region, and Ryan Brennan - Regional Director.
