Trent Dillon

Trent Dillon has extensive experience in account management and vocational training support, currently serving as Team Leader for Account Managers at Apprenticeship Support Australia since March 2008. In this role, Trent manages over 100 active clients, coordinates interactions between employers, Registered Training Organisations, and government entities, and oversees sales performance for field staff. Additionally, Trent has developed an effective audit mechanism for account status measurement, alongside reporting and forecasting of sales. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at Inigold Communications Pty Ltd T/AS Yes Optus, where Trent managed client relations and inventory operations. Trent holds certifications from the Australian College of Commerce & Management, completed in 2009 and 2019, and is a graduate of Brisbane Waters Secondary College.
