Ernie Dalton

I've worked in Further Education for the past 14 years in various roles but always working with the most disengaged NEETs. Prior to working in education, he worked in the sports industry, as a coach, referee and sports development officer. More recently, he has spent time additional time working in areas across Liverpool as a Youth Worker in attempt to reduce ASB. Originally from Cumbria but spent the last few years living and working in Liverpool (as a Manchester United fan this has been very difficult the past few years!).
