Christian Fredericks possesses extensive experience in real estate valuation and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Financial Reporting Practice at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop since August 2022, Christian previously worked as a Real Estate Valuation Associate at RSM US LLP from September 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included providing independent asset valuations and conducting comprehensive real estate market analyses. Christian also gained valuable experience as a Commercial Brokerage Intern at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in 2019, focusing on understanding the real estate sales process and enhancing revenue through market research. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Culverhouse College of Business, obtained in 2020, and graduated from St. Louis University High with a college preparatory high school diploma in 2016.
