David Avendaño

David Avendaño has been working in the legal sector since 2018. David began their career as a Legal Intern at Institución Renace A.B.P., where they provided support in the drafting of contracts, minutes, legal research, monitoring of institutional agendas, and support in collaboration agreements between public institutions, civil associations and the government. In 2019, they took on the role of Abogado Inmobiliario at HTLTA H, where they were responsible for negotiating and executing strategic lodging contracts for companies in the industrial sector, as well as due diligence processes in the real estate sector. In 2020, they became Abogado Corporativo at Segurenta, where they were responsible for legal activities in the real estate sector, drafting of rental contracts, service provision, commercial distribution contracts with exclusivity, joint venture agreements, and extrajudicial collection with mediation and conciliation techniques. In 2021, they joined Appriza Pay as a Legal Analyst & Due Diligence.

David Avendaño completed a Licentiate degree in Law from Universidad de Monterrey between 2014 and 2019. David then pursued a Master of Laws - LLM in Business Law from Universidad Anáhuac between 2020 and 2022.
