Abdul Haq Shaik

Abdul Haq Shaik currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Appro.ae since April 2025. Previously, Abdul held the position of Senior Solutions Architect at Backbase from December 2023 to April 2025 and progressed through various roles at Aion Digital, including Head of Enterprise Architecture, Principal Solutions Architect, and Senior Solutions Architect from November 2020 to December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as AVP - Technical Architect and AVP - Microservices Architect at Mashreq Bank, and AVP - Solution Architect and Solutions Architect at DBS Bank. Abdul began the career at Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer, followed by positions at Apple, Tech Mahindra, Oracle, and Aggrigator Inc. Abdul Haq Shaik earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai in 2005.
