Saji Kollanoor, MBA, PMP

Saji Kollanoor, MBA, PMP has over 28 years of experience in project and programme management. Saji currently serves as the Director of Project Management and Software Solutions at Approyo, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Programme Manager at Factor Horizonal from 2017 to 2021, where they were responsible for leading multiple large-scale luxury villa development programmes, delivering on time, and achieving cost savings via process improvement and effective risk management. Saji also established an effective and strategic project management office (PMO), providing robust management via PMI methodology and streamlined processes. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), where they were responsible for successful strategic reorganization, leveraging the first-ever programme management office, defining project management processes, and implementing robust governance to drive business success. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Programme Manager at KSS Associates Limited, where they were responsible for dynamic end-to-end programme management on a five-year £150 million per annum initiative, delivering large-scale 4G, 3G, and 2G launches across 1,200 sites annually on time and within budget. From 2003 to 2012, they worked at Vodafone as a PMO Manager and Management and Cost Consultant, where they were responsible for project leadership on a series of 2G, 3G, and transmission programmes, and drove key supply chain transformation across radio base station activities, reducing Opex by £20 million per annum. Saji began their career in 1993 as the Head of Projects at the Ministry of Municipalities & Agriculture in Bahrain, where they were responsible for end-to-end project and programme delivery via management of design, quantity surveying, and supervision departments.

Saji Kollanoor obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Saji also holds certifications as a MSP Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice, a PMP from the Project Management Institute, and a Prince 2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
