Vidya Jayapal

Vidya Jayapal currently serves as the AVP of Business Development at Apps Business IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since April 2021, following a tenure as the General Manager of Middle East Operations and other HR-related roles within the same company from February 2018 to March 2021. Prior to this, Vidya worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AURA HR Solutions and held various positions in HR and business development at VIP Housing & Properties. With foundational experience as a Subject Matter Expert at Sutherland Global Service Limited, Vidya possesses a robust background in human resources and business administration. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Panimalar Institute of Management Studies and Computer Science and a BBA from the University of Madras.
