Mihai Obada

Mihai Obada has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mihai began their career as a Software Tester Engineer at MIND CTI in 2012, where they were responsible for analyzing requirements, designing and executing test scenarios, reporting bugs, and testing various business processes. Mihai also played a key role in deploying and upgrading systems, creating test environments, and developing regression tests. Mihai worked at MIND CTI until 2018.

In 2018, Mihai joined E.ON Software Development as a System Integration Test Engineer and Chapter Lead. During their time there, they focused on test engineering, leading a team, and ensuring the successful integration of systems. Mihai'srole also involved developing continuous integration flows, creating test environments, and testing web services.

Most recently, Mihai joined Appsbroker Ltd in 2020 as a DevOps/Cloud/SRE/Platform Engineer. In this role, they have been involved in various projects aimed at reducing infrastructure costs, improving security, and automating deployments. Mihai has also worked closely with different companies, helping them onboard onto the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and providing training on development workflows and tools. Mihai has expertise in using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Packer to automate environment creation and deployments. Additionally, they have experience in managing internal company infrastructure and setting up Partner Interconnect connections between GCP and client on-premise infrastructure.

Mihai Obada completed their education in the field of Automatic Control and Applied Informatics. Mihai obtained their Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Mihai Obada has also obtained several certifications. Mihai became a certified Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect in September 2022, and a certified HashiCorp Terraform Associate in April 2022. Furthermore, they acquired the AZ-301 Microsoft Azure Architect Design certification in September 2020, and the Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification in the same year. Mihai also holds the AZ-300 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies certification, earned in July 2020. Mihai became an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate in February 2020, and a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner in November 2019.
