Caroline Denaes

Caroline Denaes is currently an AR, AP Specialist at Appsembler. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Operations and Accounting Manager at BlueCargo from August 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they were a Functional and Linguistic Software Tester at SDL from October 2019 to October 2021.

Caroline has experience in managing business operations and distribution, including inventory management, supporting forecasting, ordering and fulfillment, financial planning, and AP/AR reconciliation. Caroline also has experience in assisting management team and finance department with budget preparation and external audit. Additionally, Caroline has established production KPIs and conducted quality assessments.

In their previous positions, Caroline has also coordinated and managed complex calendaring, scheduling, expenses, and travel. Caroline has served as the point of contact between executives and employees/partners. Caroline has also assisted with special projects and project management support, as directed. Furthermore, they have calendar management and appointment scheduling experience. In addition, they have prepared and submitted expense reports. Lastly, Caroline provided project and presentation support as needed.

Caroline also has experience organizing and assisting with events, including all hands, business reviews, large and small employee events and training. Caroline also facilitated internal communication.

Caroline Denaes has a PhD in the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences from the University of Geneva, and a Master's degree in the same field from the same school. Caroline also has postdoctoral experience in education sciences from Université du Québec à Montréal, Alzheimer's Disease research from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and computer sciences from University of Colorado Boulder. Caroline is also certified in Digital Marketing from Udemy, Safe Search Engine Optimization from Udemy, and Inbound Marketing and Sales from HubSpot.
