Bogdan Zhyguliovtsev

Bogdan Zhyguliovtsev has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bogdan started their career at Bosch as a marketing trainee in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Campaign Manager at Agency Infocon. In 2017, they joined Mobilda as an Account Manager. In 2018, they started working at AppsFlyer and held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager Team Lead. Currently, they are the Head of Growth CSM EMEA&LATAM at AppsFlyer.

Bogdan Zhyguliovtsev completed their Master's degree in International Economics at Kiev National Economics University from 2007 to 2013. Bogdan also pursued studies in Economics and International Marketing at Ariel University Center of Samaria in 2012. Additionally, they possess several certifications related to customer service, including foundational support, customer experience, de-escalation techniques, service mindset development, innovative customer service techniques, and leading a customer-centric culture.
