Calyn Tan is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Lead of Project Management at Appspace since September 2018. Calyn is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. Key roles include establishing project management methodologies, coaching a team of Scrum Masters, and facilitating communication among teams. Prior to Appspace, Calyn held various project management and quality assurance positions at Dell Global Business Center, Nettium Sdn Bhd, Experian Marketing Services, MYOB, Orisoft Technology Sdn Bhd, International House Kuala Lumpur, and Optiplan Sdn Bhd. Calyn holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Business Information System from HELP International College of Technology.
