Vikash Rao's work experience includes roles as a Project Delivery Manager at AppSquadz since September 2021, a Delivery Manager at Ajath Infotech Pvt Ltd from July 2020 to September 2021, and a QA Lead at TechMad Consulting Pvt Ltd from July 2019 to June 2020. As a Project Delivery Manager, they manage project processes, planning, and quality within budget and time constraints, with expertise in areas such as cloud management, AWS services, server configuration, infrastructure management, security management, and DevOps team management. In their role as a Delivery Manager, they focus on continuous improvement in quality control systems, team effectiveness, and client acquisition, leading successful delivery and process operations. As a QA Lead, they developed and maintained quality inspection processes and documentation, ensuring compliance and managing team members for timely project delivery.

Vikash Rao completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications namely, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2023.
