Anika Stephenson

Anika Stephenson has a strong background in sales and recruiting. Anika began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at AppStar Financial in 2006 and held this position until 2014. During their time at AppStar, they also served as a Director of Sales Development and Recruiting, where they played a key role in recruiting talented team members and designing training structures. Anika is currently the Director of Sales Operations at AppStar Financial, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to their work at AppStar, they were a Market Director and Regional Manager at The Mobile Solution from 1999 to 2006.

Anika Stephenson has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from San Diego State University.
