Chief Customer Officer at Apptentive

For more than a decade, Christy has worked in the technology space – both hardware and software – in a variety of commercial roles. She joined Apptentive in 2014 and since then has built out a multi-disciplinary team that encompasses Customer Success, Account Management, Data Analysis, and Support.

Christy’s early career in leadership for the luxury hotel chain, The Ritz-Carlton, gave her a unique philosophy around a gold-star customer experience that influences Apptentive’s customer success strategy to this day. Her team works diligently as trusted advisors to the world’s biggest brands and has defined for the industry what ‘Customer Love’ really means.

Christy graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in communication and minors in business and psychology.
