Hitesh Naik

Hitesh Naik is a SAFe®6 Agilist with extensive experience in agile delivery and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of the Agile Delivery Practice at Apptio, an IBM Company, and as the Owner of CR2M Consulting since January 2024, Hitesh is focused on leading product and quality assurance efforts for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) while collaborating with clients to optimize their operational processes. Prior experience includes managerial roles at TriZetto Healthcare Products and Baywood Hotels, as well as consultancy in quality assurance and project management at MicroMain Corporation and Transverse. Hitesh holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Systems Technology from the University of Westminster and a BTEC National Diploma in Telecommunication and IT from South London College.
