Nick Chappel

Nick Chappel is a Sales Engineer at Apptopia. Prior to that, they were with Acquia as a Senior Account Management Coordinator from February 2020 to August 2021. There, they managed and helped grow FareHarbor Partner Network in Hawaii. Nick oversaw and maintained the API integration between FareHarbor software and Activity Link Systems – the largest Hotel Concierge/Travel Agent Reselling software in Hawaii. Nick also trained clients’ affiliate partners on FareHarbor software and was the main point of contact for all 800 FareHarbor clients in Hawaii with regards to partnership contracts, invoicing, and connectivity needs.

Before their time with Acquia, Nick spent 4 years with FareHarbor as Head of Channel Development - Australia from August 2015 to January 2019. There, they were responsible for managing the Channel Development Team, connecting FareHarbor clients with partners across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, and growing FareHarbor Partner Network throughout the Australia/Pacific region. Nick has a high level understanding of FareHarbor software, backend management, accounting, and business agreements & contracts from their time spent working closely with all global members of the Channel Development Team.

Nick Chappel has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Linguistics from the University of Vermont and a Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from Harvard Extension School.
