Sergiy Bruksha

Sergiy Bruksha is the current VP of Engineering at Appvance.ai. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Product Engineering at Talix from February 2021 to March 2022.

At Talix, Bruksha was responsible for leading the engineering team and ensuring the smooth transition to value-based care. Sergiy oversaw the agile scaling and transformation of the company, as well as the development of new products. Additionally, they refactored existing applications to meet performance and quality standards, and addressed quality issues to streamline the bug fix process.

Bruksha is known for their coaching and motivational skills, which they used to develop high-performing teams at Talix. Sergiy is a strong leader with a clear vision for the future of healthcare. Their experience with offshore teams and commitment to results have made him a valuable asset to Appvance.ai.
