Dominic Xavier Francis has a work experience spanning several years in the field of software testing. Dominic Xavier started their career as a Test Analyst at MDS Global, where they were responsible for developing test plans and specifications, executing test data, and identifying and logging defects. Dominic Xavier then worked as a Senior Software Test Analyst at Capgemini, where they played a role in creating high-level and low-level test scripts, executing test data, logging defects, and interacting with business analysts. After that, Dominic worked as a Software Test Lead at Tech Mahindra, managing a team of 21 members and overseeing daily stand-up meetings, work allocation, and reporting.
