Todd Downey

Todd Downey has over 20 years of experience in the paper manufacturing industry. Todd has held various leadership roles at different companies. Most recently, they served as the Resident Manager at Graphic Packaging International since 2015. Before that, they worked at Appvion, Inc. (formerly Appleton Papers Inc.) where they held multiple roles including Vice President Manufacturing, Executive Director & General Manager-Global Thermal Point of Sale Receipt Business, Executive Director of Operations, and Mill Manager. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Manufacturing, Procurement, and R&D at Appleton Coated LLC from 2005 to 2008. Todd also spent a significant portion of their career at Appleton Papers Inc., serving as the Director of Manufacturing and being responsible for multiple manufacturing locations. Downey was also an executive champion for Six Sigma deployment during their time at Appleton Papers Inc.
