Hsiu-Lin Huang

Hsiu-Lin Huang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2019 onwards, Hsiu-Lin has been associated with AppWorks, initially starting as the School Operations Manager and later becoming the Head of AppWorks School. In this role, Hsiu-Lin has been leading and managing the operations and activities of the AppWorks School.

Prior to joining AppWorks, Hsiu-Lin worked at Robo Web Tech Co., Ltd. as a Product Engineering Lead. During this time, Hsiu-Lin played a crucial role in leading a cross-functional team to deliver user-centric products with quality from end to end. This fintech startup became the leading peer-to-peer lending platform in Taiwan under Hsiu-Lin's leadership.

Before their tenure at Robo Web Tech, Hsiu-Lin worked at Digital River as a Software Engineer. In this role, Hsiu-Lin was responsible for analyzing feature requirements, designing solutions, and developing e-commerce solutions. Hsiu-Lin also played a pivotal role in re-architecting the pricing service by replacing legacy systems with micro-services, resulting in improved performance for large products.

Hsiu-Lin began their professional career at IBM as a Software Engineer, where they gained valuable experience before moving on to other roles.

Hsiu-Lin Huang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management from National Taiwan University from 2004 to 2008. Hsiu-Lin then pursued a Master's Degree in Information Management from the same university from 2008 to 2011. During their Master's program, they also participated in an exchange program at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, focusing on Computer Science from 2010 to 2011. In terms of certifications, Hsiu-Lin Huang obtained the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle in October 2012. Hsiu-Lin also obtained the Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE 5 Web Component Developer certification from Oracle in January 2013. Additionally, they received the PMI ACP certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2015.
