Shourya Shikher has been working in the customer service industry since 2017. Shourya began as a Sales Associate at Intelenet Global Services Private Ltd. in 2017, then moved to Tech Mahindra in 2018 as a Customer Service Support Specialist. In 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager at R1 RCM and is currently in the same role at AppX (YC S21).
Shourya Shikher attended Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
