Kunal Das

Kunal Das is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and utilities sector. Currently serving as the Head of AMI Operations at Apraava Energy since May 2024, Kunal has previously held key positions such as Director of Solution Delivery at Iskraemeco, where responsibilities included leading solution delivery for AMI, Smart Grid, and digitization projects. Kunal's expertise also encompasses tendering and development of integrated Smart Grid solutions while engaging with CXO-level stakeholders in various power distribution companies at IntelliSmart Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Prior to that, Kunal spent over a decade at Schneider Electric, managing digital solutions and sales, and had critical roles in bid management and global tendering for energy automation projects. Kunal's career began at AREVA T&D in sales and marketing for high and medium voltage products. Kunal's formal education includes a certification from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology.
