Matthew Cox-Martin

Matthew Cox-Martin, PhD has a diverse work experience in data analysis and research. Matthew is currently working as a Lead Analyst at apree health since May 2023. Previously, they worked at Noom Inc. as a Clinical Psychologist and Data Analyst from December 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Data Scientist at King County, WA from November 2020 to December 2021. Matthew also held the position of Data and Evaluation Manager, Colorado Mental Health Institute at Colorado Department of Human Services, where they supervised a team responsible for data infrastructure development and implemented a SQL Server-based data warehouse. Matthew has also worked as a Statistical Analyst II, Data Analyst, and Instructor at various institutions including University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Arizona State University.

Matthew Cox-Martin, PhD obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2005. Matthew went on to complete their Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Virginia Tech from 2006 to 2009. Finally, Matthew Cox-Martin earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical/Health Psychology from Virginia Tech between 2009 and 2012.
