Ali Khalilli

Ali Khalilli is a seasoned professional in machine learning and artificial intelligence with a diverse background in algorithm design, ML system architecture, and product modeling. Currently serving as the Founding ML Engineer at a stealth AI startup since December 2022, Ali has also been a ML Lecturer at the Azerbaijan Artificial Intelligence Lab since December 2021, teaching various advanced topics in machine learning and statistics, as well as managing AI teams. Previous roles include Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Toptal, Head of Unit at Azercell Telecom LLC, and a series of positions at Total IT, focusing on distributed systems and IT management. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, a Master's degree in Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University, and a degree in Data Science from the University of the Pacific.
