Clare'smost recent role was as the Head of HR at Apricot Clothing, where they oversaw the entire employee lifecycle and served as the point of contact for ER matters. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim HR Projects consultant at Bare Escentuals, supporting the HR team during a major business transformation. Before that, they served as an HR Partner at Style Group Brands Limited, working with multiple fashion brands. Clare also has experience as an HR Manager at Borders, where they handled generalist HR duties for a large retail and head office workforce. Clare began their career as a Regional HR Advisor at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their ability to navigate challenging situations and effectively manage HR operations in diverse organizations.
Clare Molinari earned their MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University from 2000 to 2003.
