Bjarte Kvinge Tvedt

Bjarte Kvinge Tvedt has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and UX design. Bjarte started their career in 2003 as a Graphic Designer at Bergen Byavis, where they were responsible for redesigning the graphic profile and creating layouts and advertisements. In 2008, they founded their own company, BJARTE KVINGE TVEDT, where they worked as a Graphic Designer and UX Designer.

Throughout their career, Bjarte has also worked with various companies on a freelance basis. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Cox kommunikasjonsbyrå, handling graphic design projects. Bjarte also served as the PR Manager at Andvik Vel from 2013 to 2016. In 2019, they worked as a UX Designer at Vidi AS and as a UX Designer and Graphic Designer at Vizible, where they designed websites, created marketing materials, and developed internal concepts.

From 2018 to 2021, Bjarte worked part-time as a freelance UX Designer and Graphic Designer for WAYS AS, where they completed several projects. Bjarte also worked part-time as a Graphic Designer at Norled AS, designing brochures, magazines, and other graphic materials.

Currently, Bjarte is employed as a Graphic Designer at Apriil since April 2021.

Bjarte Kvinge Tvedt's education history is as follows:

From 2002 to 2004, Bjarte studied Digital Media with a focus on Design at Hyper Island.

From 2004 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Svennebrev Mediegrafiker at an unspecified institution.

In 2001, Bjarte attended the University of South-Eastern Norway, studying Informatikk for a year.

In 2000, they also studied Markedsføring at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway for a year.

During the same period, Bjarte received training in Eryx Jeger at Porsanger Jegerbataljon.

From 1997 to 2000, they attended Lindås Gymnas, where they pursued general studies.

In addition to their formal education, Bjarte has obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they received a Certificate of Membership from The Interaction Design Foundation. Bjarte also completed a course titled "User Experience: The Beginner's Guide" by Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in June 2019. Furthermore, in October 2021, Bjarte obtained a certification in "How to Create a UX Portfolio" from The Interaction Design Foundation. Most recently, in February 2023, they completed a course called "How to Design Engaging Products: Insights from Fortnite's UX" from The Interaction Design Foundation.
