Surya Budiman

Surya Budiman is an experienced professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as the Head of the APRIL Learning Institute since September 2020, where responsibilities include leading a team of coaches and trainers to enhance competencies aligned with business needs. Prior experience includes roles as a facilitator, trainer, and coach for various organizations, notably as a Senior Corporate Trainer at STUDiLMU BusinessGrowth, delivering leadership and management sessions to high-level executives across diverse industries. Surya has also held significant positions such as Project Director at World Teach Indonesia Foundation, Board Member at Media Agung Lestari Foundation, and faculty member at Astra Management Development Institute. Surya's extensive career with PT Astra International Tbk encompassed several managerial roles focused on employee competency development in sales and customer service. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Universitas Pelita Harapan and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics from the University of Indonesia.
