Benjamin Finley

Benjamin Finley is currently the Managing Director and Head of Transactions Group at April Housing. Prior to this, Benjamin served as President of Richman Community Capital and held various leadership positions at Avanath Capital Management, LLC, Centerline Captial Group, Hawthorne Savings Bank, and Imperial Thrift & Loan. Benjamin started their career as a Real Estate Broker at Cushman & Wakefield after obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
