Jenelle Kueter

Jenelle Kueter is a Customer Success Manager at Aprimo since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing multiple customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with the Aprimo product suite and fostering long-lasting relationships through onboarding and advocacy. Previously, Jenelle served as a Customer Success Principal, focusing on optimizing customer adoption of Aprimo solutions. Before Aprimo, Jenelle held various roles at International Speedway Corp, including Sr. Manager of CRM, where oversight of a customer/campaign management system serving 13 business units was a key duty. Additional experience includes project management of CRM system implementations and database analysis at RWD Technologies and Fair Isaac Corporation, where Jenelle worked as a Technical Engineer. Jenelle holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming from Southeast Tech and has foundational education from Dakota State University.
