Julia Chartove

Julia Chartove has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Julia is currently employed as a Data Scientist II at Apriori Bio, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, from January 2021 to July 2022, they worked as a Data Scientist at Flagship Pioneering.

In 2020, Julia was a Health Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, where they worked on a consulting project for the bioinformatics platform omic.ai. Their project involved creating a model that predicts drug-target interactions using message-passing neural networks and random forest algorithms.

Before that, from 2014 to 2020, Julia was a Doctoral Student at the Boston University School of Medicine, where they focused on building mathematical models of complex biological systems and analyzing high-dimensional data.
