In 2008, they briefly worked at The Navigators in Business Development, increasing funding through donor relationships and managing public relations.

Josh Fuller attended Plant City High School from 1992 to 1995. After completing high school, they enrolled at Florida Southern College from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine with a focus on Biology and Chemistry. Later, they attended Dallas Theological Seminary from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a Th.M. degree in Education.
