Michelle Hayes

Michelle Hayes is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at aPriori Technologies since April 2023, Michelle previously held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at TraceLink from February 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, Michelle was Senior Director of HR Business Operations at PerkinElmer, Inc., where the focus was on building a global service delivery organization. Additional roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Progress, Director of Human Resources at Avid Technology, and Head of Human Resources at Ipswitch, Inc. Michelle began a career in HR at Genuity and held positions at Verizon and MITRE. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Bentley University and a BA in Finance and Operations Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
