Brad Balatgek

Brad Balatgek is an experienced engineering professional with over 17 years in software engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Apriva since May 2018, Brad previously held the position of Sr. Engineering Manager. Prior roles include Manager of Software Engineering at IPRO Tech, where responsibilities involved optimizing engineering teams and processes, and managing integration at Epiq Systems after its acquisition of Encore Discovery Solutions. At Encore Legal Solutions, Brad led the software development team focused on various internal software systems and client customization. Early career experience includes roles as a Sr. Consultant at Forensics Consulting Solutions and Software Engineer at Intel Corporation. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from Penn State University.
