Peralta Ferreira has been working in the customer success and IT support fields since 2021. Peralta has been employed at Acessórias as a Customer Success Analyst and IT Support since 2021. In 2022, they began working at Aprova Digital as a Customer Success Analyst (CSA).

Peralta Ferreira began their educational journey in 2015 when they obtained a programador de Sistemas certification from Universidade Federal de Viçosa. In 2019, they obtained a Derecho en Telecomunicaciones, Ciberseguridad y Peritaciones Telemáticas(LGPD) certification from University of Castilla-La Mancha. In 2022, they obtained a Fundamentos de Customer Experience certification from Track.co and Introdução ao Customer Experience and Introdução ao Customer Success certifications from CS Academy.
