Renato Araújo's work experience begins in 2013 as a Director of Art at RAPP, where they worked on projects for Itaú, BMW, TAM, and HP. Renato then joined DSGX in 2011 as a Partner and Director of Projects until 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Renato worked as a UI Designer and Motion Designer at Átomo Comunicação, where they collaborated on projects for Smiles, St. Marche, Empório Santa Maria, and TudoAzul.

In 2018, Renato joined Dextra as a UI/UX Designer, initially working on marketing campaigns and later transitioning to the creation of new products and customer experience. Renato then joined Compasso UOL in 2019 as a UI/UX Designer, where they supported various departments within the company.

Renato's next role was at 7COMm - Serviços e Soluções em TI in 2019, where they were responsible for UX and UI for an application used worldwide by BNP Paribas Cardif. Renato conducted research, interviews, workshops, and dynamics with squads to facilitate communication in the insurance sector.

From 2020 to 2021, Renato worked as a Product Designer at Iteris Consultoria e Software, focusing on end-to-end digital product conception for Alelo. Renato collaborated with stakeholders, creating workflows, organizing information, prototyping, conducting user testing, designing final layouts, and overseeing implementation.

In 2021, Renato joined Sciensa as a Product Designer, working on the construction of a new bank. Renato studied new products and created the journey for individuals, businesses, and back-office processes.

Renato's most recent position, starting in 2022, is as a Product Designer at Consultoria CBYK. Renato partners with TOTVS to enhance logistics in Brazil, focusing on reducing costs and increasing business efficiency through research, design sprints, brainwriting, and other methods.

Renato's current role is as a Product Designer at Aprova Digital since 2023, where they contribute to the digital transformation of municipalities and chambers. The company's suite of solutions aims to simplify administrative processes and is currently implemented in over 80 municipalities and chambers in Brazil, benefiting millions of citizens.

Renato Araújo's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at Universidade Santo Amaro - Unisa. Renato studied Communication Social, specializing in Publicidade e Propaganda, and completed their degree in 2012. Moving forward, in 2017, Renato joined Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER to pursue a degree in Marketing. Although the specific degree name is not provided, they studied in this field until 2020. Concurrently, in 2017, they also enrolled at FIAP to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Intelligence & Analytics, which they completed in 2019. Renato has obtained additional certifications to complement their education. In 2019, they earned a certification in UX Design from Alura Cursos Online, followed by a certification in Hello Design Thinking from IDEO in July 2020. Their most recent certification is in UX Metrics 2.0 Product Analytics, which they obtained from PunkMetrics in February 2021.
