Gay Dietz is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the AVP of Information Technology at APS Healthcare, a subsidiary of Universal American, since October 1999. In this role, Gay Dietz is responsible for the infrastructure and systems that support all APS behavioral health operations in the mainland United States and Puerto Rico, including management of clinics across the island. Prior to this position, Gay Dietz held the role of IT Director at the US House of Representatives from 1990 to 1995, and has extensive experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst. Gay Dietz earned a degree from Illinois State University between 1982 and 1986.
