Andy V.

Andy V. has a diverse work experience starting from 2001 as an Area Operations Manager at Kinetic Concepts. Andy then worked as an Operations Manager at Apria Healthcare from 2007 to 2015, where they implemented innovative sales strategies and managed operations personnel. From 2015 to 2018, Andy served as the Director of Pharmacy Operations at Wells Pharmacy Network, where they streamlined deliverables and directed support for senior leaders. In 2018, they joined Columbia Care LLC as the Market Director for Florida and later became the National Director of Manufacturing in 2019. At Columbia Care, Andy partnered with corporate functions to forge strategic direction and headed operations activities. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at APS Pharmacy, where they are responsible for implementing growth strategies, improving internal processes, and leading teams across the organization. Additionally, Andy has also worked as an Independent Consultant, advising businesses on increasing efficiency and production.

Andy V. received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Union University. Additionally, Andy V. obtained several certifications, including a Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in April 2019, HVAC Cleanroom Design Concepts for Pharmaceutical Compounding certification from the University of Florida's Biotility at UF-CERHB in November 2017, HVAC Cleanroom Design Concepts for Pharmaceutical cGMP certification from the University of Florida's Biotility at UF-CERHB in November 2017, and a Registered Pharmacy Technician certification from the Florida Department of Health in December 2015.
