Lilli Kostovska

Lilli Kostovska has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lilli is currently the Operations Director at FlexLink since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AP&T Group where they held positions such as Director Customer Projects & Purchasing and Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2023. Before AP&T Group, Lilli worked at Plastal Industri AB as the Manager Plastal Production Strategies and Plant Manager from 2008 to 2015. Lilli also had a role as Operations Manager at Plastal AB from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Logistics Manager at Sapa Autoplastics from 2001 to 2005 and at Sapa Heat Transfer from 1999 to 2001. Lilli started their career as a Customer Service Manager at SKF Eurotrade AB from 1995 to 1999.

Lilli Kostovska attended Hvitfeldska gymnasiet from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Science. Following their time at Hvitfeldska gymnasiet, they went on to enroll at IHM Business School from 1989 to 1991. During their time at IHM Business School, Lilli pursued a degree in Marketing & Business Administration and successfully obtained their BA.
