Angela Hildreth

Angela Hildreth has a long and varied work experience. Angela currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Aptamer Group, a position they have held since 2021. Angela has also held the position of Finance Director/Chief Operating Officer for Futura Medical Plc since 2018. At Futura Medical, they are an expert in transdermal delivery and has developed an advanced proprietary transdermal technology, DermaSys\u00ae. Angela was also the UK Finance Director for Shield Therapeutics plc from 2011 to 2013, where they were instrumental in setting up, managing and running all financial process' across three countries including group consolidations and multi currency cash and treasury management. In addition, they served as the Group HR Manager and was directly responsible for all aspects of building and developing a team of around 45 people. Angela was also a Non-Exec Director for AYO Digital from 2013. Prior to that, they were the Finance Director for B&W Advertising from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for all aspects of finance, particularly focusing on cashflow and banking relationships in addition to being efficient and experienced in all aspects of Sage accounting and reporting.
