Regina Frech

Regina Frech has vast work experience in the field of technical operations and industrialization. Regina started their career in 2008 as a Bachelor of Engineering in industrial engineering with a focus on technical management at DHBW Ravensburg. In 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in General Management at Lake Constance Business School.

In 2011, Regina joined Aptar Radolfzell Gmbh and held various roles, including Project Manager Industrialization and Teamleader Project Management Industrialization Molds. From April 2018 to October 2020, they served as the Head of Industrialization, overseeing the technical operations.

Regina then transitioned to Aptar as the Senior Head of Technical Operations from April 2020 to October 2020. In October 2020, they assumed the role of Associate Director Technical Operations, where they managed multiple technical departments and served as a deputy of Operations Eigeltingen, member of the Local Management Board, and member of the Operational Excellence Engineering committee. Regina also played a crucial role in strategy development and project management, including operational expansions abroad.

Regina Frech completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieur at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued an MBA in General Management at Lake Constance Business School from 2013 to 2016.
