Shashi Kant Sharma

Shashi Kant Sharma is an experienced engineering and production manager currently employed at Aptar Group since June 2014. In this role, Shashi manages engineering and production operations. Prior to this, Shashi served as a project leader at REXAM Healthcare from January 2009 to May 2014, overseeing the industrialization of medical devices and packaging development projects while ensuring adherence to scope, quality, cost, and time constraints. Shashi also worked as a project coordinator at OTB Solar from January 2006 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management from Amity University (2011-2013) and a degree from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (1994-1998).
