Harold Elshof

Harold Elshof's work experience includes positions at multiple companies in the software industry. Harold most recently worked at Aptean as the VP of Professional Services & Support for the EMEA region. Prior to that, they held the role of Professional Services Senior Director EMEA at Informatica, where they managed a team and oversaw service sales and product implementations. Harold also served as the Professional Services VP for Western Europe at Software AG, where they built a strong team. Their earlier roles include Professional Services Director Benelux at TIBCO Software and Senior Consultant at American Management Systems.

Harold Elshof completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Twente from 1989 to 1994. In 2014, they attended INSEAD for a short course in Leading for Results. Harold also holds additional certifications such as Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2018, ITIL foundation in ITIL Service Management from EXIM in 2017, and Prince2 Practitioner from OGC in 2004.
