Noel Christopher Raj

Noel Christopher Raj is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across various regions, including APAC, North America, and EMEA. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Global HR Shared Services at Aptean, Noel leads a team to provide comprehensive HR services and manage the employee life cycle. Prior to this, Noel held the position of Vice President and APAC Regional Manager of HR Operations at Northern Trust, overseeing a large team and acting as an HR Business Partner.
